Create a Pro

Adds a Pro to the Priority List for all addresses in a customer account. Useful if you want to sync Pro information from another application into TIDY.Once a Pro is added, you can modify their priority on your list (online not via the API at this time) and request Jobs from them. A valid phone number includes a "+", then the country code, then the number.
Ex. A US number of (222) 333-5555 should be sent as +12223335555
